Welcome to Parable Store. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of books, digital products, and related items (“Products”) from Parable Productions, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. A contract is formed only when payment has been received, and you receive an email confirming shipment or digital delivery access.

 

2. Pricing and Taxes

Prices are listed in your local currency where available.

  • U.S. & Canada: applicable sales taxes are added at checkout.
  • United Kingdom: printed books are zero-rated for VAT; digital products include VAT at 20%. VAT is collected and remitted through Shopify in compliance with U.K. regulations.
    We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors at any time.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other authorized gateways. We do not store credit card information.

 

4. Fulfillment and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled through regional partners:

  • U.S./Canada → North American fulfillment center
  • U.K. → U.K. fulfillment house
    Processing time is typically 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once shipped.

Made-to-Order Items

Some products are made to order and are produced after your purchase is placed. These items are identified as “made to order” on their respective product pages, and are made specifically for you after your order is placed.

Production for made-to-order items typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping. During high-volume periods, this timeframe may extend.

If your order includes multiple product types, items may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production demand, shipping carrier, and destination.

5. Returns and Replacements

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

 

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photographic proof to contact@parableproductions.com.

 

Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

6. Digital Downloads

Digital products (e-books, reflection cards, audio, or downloads) are delivered electronically upon payment.

  • License: Personal, non-transferable use only.
  • Prohibited Uses: Resale, sharing, uploading, or redistribution.
  • Refunds: All digital sales are final once access or download links are delivered.
  • Access Issues: If you encounter delivery problems, contact support@parableproductions.com within 7 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or indirect damages arising from use or purchase of our Products. Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials sold or displayed are the intellectual property of Parable Productions, LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, USA, with due regard to consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
