Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Stocked items: typically 2–5 business days before shipping. Made-to-order items: production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping and may take longer during high-volume periods. Orders containing multiple product types may ship separately and arrive at different times.
• Transit Time: U.S.: Standard 3–5 business days; Economy 5–8 business days. Canada: 7–14 days. U.K.: Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 are available for eligible orders; estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Transit time is separate from processing or production time. The U.S. Standard and Economy estimates above apply to those services, not to every made-to-order shipping service.
• Tracking: Provided via email once shipped.
• Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for import duties unless otherwise noted.
• Lost or Delayed Shipments: Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 15 business days (U.S.) or 30 days (international).
